The unique sparkling Mango wine is a blend of fresh Mango fruit pulp and premium sparkling white wine base. The Mango pulp is soaked then infused into the wine base for 1 to 2 weeks until the perfect flavour balance is reached. Following this, the Mango pulp is filtered out of the wine leaving a bright, clear sparkling base ready for secondary sparkling fermentation.

 

The finished wine shows lovely layers of mango fruit aroma over subtle citrus from the base wine. The flavour on the palate is unmistakably fresh mango with just the right sweetness balance to allow the flavours to linger in the mouth. A perfectly refreshing drink on a warm afternoon or ideal for pre-dinner drinks. This wine is not to be confused with the artificially flavoured sparkling wines on the market. Fresh mango pulp gives this wine a natural flavour.
