Billabong De-alcoholised Wines

 

Patritti Wines have been producing a range of fine, de-alcoholised wines since 1995. The Billabong Wines range complements the existing range of non-alcoholic grape and fruit juices, and contains less than 0.5% alcohol. The de-alcoholised wines were developed and produced in response to the growth in demand for non-alcoholic beverages from our export markets.

 

The de-alcoholised wines are produced by a unique, multi-stage de-alcoholisation process. The basis of the process involves the initial extraction of the wine's colours and flavours, and the secondary extraction of the wine's alcohol. The original colours and flavours are finally re-introduced to the newly de-alcoholised wine. The wines are attractively packaged under the distinctive Australian Billabong Wines labels, depicting unique Australian flora and fauna.

 

 

The Billabong De-alcoholised Wine Range

The range of Billabong de-alcoholised wines comprises a selection of three wines:
